Renault clio prob - part 2?

anyone know where the crankshaft sensor for the electrics and ignition is mounted on these cars -
ps - dont say on the crankshaft !!

Mounted on the gearbox at the top next to the engine block
I don't know the specific model but I have bought a Haynes manual for the last 3 cars I have had and found it brilliant for just this sort of thing.

The text and diagrams are very clear and the referencing is comprehensive.

You can pick it up in most car accessory shops - I generally get mine in Halfords.
