Put it all over the interior, then light it on fire, and call your insurance company. In the long run this will be a much better option then paying to replace the transmission.
Is it an Automatic Transmission or a Manual ?
If automatic simply pour it down the tube that the dipstick resides in. Pull out dipstick, insert funnel, pour APPROVED Autmatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) into the funnel. DO NOT OVERFILL - check your owners' manual or with a dealership for the proper procedure for checking the fluid level.
If it's a Manual trans, you will need to locate the FILL PLUG on the back or side of the transmission itself, underneath the car, then pour in the proper gear oil to a level just to the bottom edge of the fill plug. Again check your owners' manual or a qualified shop for the exact location and type of approved gear oil for you particular trans.
