I have bmw 325 need 2 disconnect immobiliser?

some1 fitted stereo and have mucked up the immobiliser now car wont start,any1 got any suggestions my boyfriend is driving me mad!! help!!

Get an electrical mechanic out get him to sort the stereo out and the immobiliser the last thing you want is it nicked or some other problem an electrical fire if this has happened to the immobiliser then what ever damage could be under there
