Is a lgv driver breaking the law if he does more than 90 hours work(driving and duty time) in 2 weeks?

Answers:
yes, the most you can do is 9 hrs per day,(although you can increase this to 10 hours twice a week). you must have 11 hours off, between shifts, this can be taken in cab of vehicle, vehicle must not be moving.
most you can do is 47 per week(9Hrs X 3,+10Hrs X2)
you must do no more than 90 in a 2 week period, therefore you MUST carry tacho's from the previous week with you as proof.
Hope this helps, rest are wrong.
