no you cant claim against your employer because of the sign .if you found out who did this to your car you can sue them you could ask for cctv in your carpark but if is just u complaining then tight fisted employers wont unless u key other cars yourself ideally youre bosses

claim off your own insurace, but only if its fully comp..and since when did scratches stop a car running or getting you from A to B.

get a hidden battery operated camera set up ,is it a work car park if it is park near the building as you can or out of the way place.
Why fix your car if you are just going to keep parking it in the same spot? Do you like throwing your money away like that? Unless you change jobs, learn to live with the scratches.
Depends on much you love and cherish your car. You have several options. 1.Claim on the insurance, and risk having it done again once repaired. 2. Leave it as it is, and just put up with it. Have you upset someone recently, old boyfriend etc, worth considering. At the end of the day, it is down to you I am afraid.
I had the same problem. Since I couldn't prove who caused the damage, I couldn't get compensation. My employer could not be held liable because I couldn't prove it happened on their premises. They did make a reasonable attempt to view the security camera, but no success. When you make a claim for damage - the burden or proof is usually on the claimant.

Chop it in and get a cheap run around, then you wont need to worry about the car, you can park it where ever and so what if it has a new scratch or ding

You can't make a claim through your employer, but if you're fully comp, you should be able to claim through your own insurance. Your other option is to go to your local car supplies shop such as Halfords and buy some filler and a paint pen. These are produced in many different colours to match the manufacturer paint. These are very easy to use and very difficult to see. DIY is usually the easiest option.
I've had similar - tyre slashing etc. My employer wouldnt pay. I'd suggest leaving the scratches on the car for now as if its fixed then the plonker who scratched it will enjoy it all the more. You can always get it fixed at a later date. Maybe theres another place you can park further from your work. Ps beware of insurance companies as they get the most expensive possible repair done - this can mean the car is written off even if damage is light, depending on the value of car. Its your right to have the car repaired at a garage of your choice though instead of the insurance companies recommended bodywork agent. Good luck.
People do that for a reason. Probably, you were taking up two spaces ON PURPOSE to avoid scratches. If so, you deserve what you got.

If your employers have a posted, or written policy, you have no claim. I'd suggest that you not do anything, as it seems obvious that someone is out to get you, but doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to get in your face. Start looking for a new job, and after you get one, have your car fixed.

You're responsible for the safety of your car and unless you catch the person that did it, the company won't pay out. Your insurance will though, as it's an act of vandalism. bye bye no claims bonus.
You cannot blame the employer for what happens to your car has anyone else had there car damage if not someone you have pissed of probably your boss has done the deed.
