Peugeot 406 estate, 2.0 hdi. towbar wiring?

i cannot find an ignition +ve wire to activate the fridge & battery
charging relays for the 12s outlet socket.
there is a three wire socket and a relay socket in the rh rear cavity
but no ignition +ve wire on either.
If a fuse needs to be fitted to activate any of these wires, which
position does it fit in the fusebox?

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?

Best to leave this kind of job to a qualified electrician but you need to pull a live wire of the fuse box if there is wiring already there try putting fuses in where there are non and see if you get a live that way * please be aware that although the car only has small current flowing through the wiring it still is a potential fire hazard and should be checked by a professional before use
