Can i convert manual to power steering?

Go back to the top of the list and reread IT'S ME. He has it nailed.
THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT BUILD CARS FROM SCRATCH. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH ENOUGH TIME AND $$$$$. MOST VEHICLES CAN BE CONVERTED WITH A TRIP TO THE JUNK YARD. FIND A VEHICLE LIKE YOURS AND GET ALL THE PULLEYS FROM IT (NOT JUST THE POWER STEERING PULLEY), THE POWER STEERING PUMP WITH THE MOUNTING BRACKETS, THE LINES, THE FLUID RESIVIOR IF IT IS NOT MOUNTED ON THE PUMP, AND EITHER THE GEARBOX OR RACK AND PINION. INSTALL THEM ON YOUR CAR AND THAT'S IT FOR ABOUT 90 % OF THE CARS ON THE ROAD.
It all depends. It's far better if the car/truck was available with power-steer, but your example is a more basic version without it. Then just source all the parts, including the steering rack, from the luxury model. Check you are using the same engine, the same engine pulley is available to drive the pump which must be mounted on brackets. It's a lot of work for not much reward. Can't you just build up some big biceps? A more common conversion among car guys, is to take power-steering OFF a car, to give better feel to the steering.
It's probably better to just buy a smaller, easier to handle car.
Although i don't know how to do it exactly, i know that you can and as far as i am aware all you need is a power steering pump to go on your exsisting steering rack.Peoplei know have done it themselves, as its only the pump that makes thesteering lighter by pumping and taing the pressure off your arms.
Hope this helps,I just know that it is possible and has been done quite easily! :)
You can YES. If your car came with optional power steering then its a bolt in job. just get necessary bits from a autowreckers. If your car was not available with optional powersteering then it will be more difficult(expensive)affair. You might try a hot rod shop for a quote on a custom job.
Sure anything is possible but it really depends on your car. If you can find one in the J-yard that had power steering then you've got one problem beat. Now where it's going to get hard is installation. My car for example would be easy because the parts are easy to get to. There are also universal power steering systems out there too. Check out some performance parts websites for more info on that.
