I need a new part for my car and im not sure what the part is called ive tried looking online but cant find it
Answers:
For a 97 Citroen, the part you need is called a scrapyard.
gear linkage.
get a Haynes manual
Phone a Citroen dealership, they will tell you what you need and give you a part number
Transmission selector linkage.
take it to a garage
would think selector linkage go to your citroen parts department ask then to look it up on their parts slide for you.
sounds like a gear selector you should be able to get one from a citron garage also try a pegeot garage as they use the same parts on a 106 and will be cheaper if you attempt to fit it yourself make sure u pup some grase on the joints
Look for GSF (German Swedish French) car parts on the web. They're great and a fraction of the price of Citroen! (I dont work there but have used them for years..)
Ah! Ah! I'm pretty sure the part you need is for a Citroen. Possibly a 97 1.1 manual. It's about 12 inches long? Am I right? Getting closer to identifying now!
Has it got 2 ball connections on either side facing opposite directions?
Well I'm sorry as I've got no idea!
gear select linkedge
