I have a creaking from the gear box on my 518ise why?

the master and slave cylinders have been replaced now i have a creaking coming from the gear box when i use the clutch pedal

Dude, it's a 518, the worst series BMW ever built !

Take it to a BMW specialist but this will cost you ! Good luck.
Pressure plate is messed up. Replace it.
Try lubricating the pedal pivots and the spot where the slave actuates the clutch fork.
It could be creaking because of age?
I'd recommend, buying 3 gallon of petrol & dosing it liberally.
Take a match then torch it!
Problem solved!
Its the clutch diaphragm that's the spring that clamps your clutch centre plate to the fly wheel.Means the gear box removing.
