It sounds as if your car number plates have been clonned. Contact TFL and give them your details.
sounds like you car number plates have been cloned. contact the Police, DVLA and TFL. The only way you can prove it's not you is if the number plates are on a different make, model or colour car. Good Luck!
Can you prove where you were on that day and at that time. Write to them giving full details. I get a parking ticket from Manchester, amd wrote explaining that at that time I was a hundred miles away, and could prove it. Didn't have to pay the fine.
Maybe it's simpler than a cloned plate - maybe the parking attendant got someone else's reg No wrong. I got a parking ticket with a wrong reg. No. on it last week. Contest the charges anyway and contact the DVLA just in case.
