Why do i have to put my foot on the accelerator a bit to start my car and it cuts out sum times.?

how canb i solve this. but when it is cold it starts fine. i have a 1995 tigra 1.4i 16v.

This is a known problem with Tigras there are several mods that a Vauxhall/general motors main dealer will know about.They are able to interrogate your electronic control unit and reprogram it as required.Have a word with the service manager i used to be one.
Buy a proper car Tigras are girls cars
