Wots wrong with my car when it starts to judder?

it seems to judder when dropping speed and goin up hills

Answers:
Sounds like the engine's lugging and the plugs are having difficulty firing under heavy load. The first thing your shop technician will check are the basic tuneup items, especially the spark plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, some of which you may not have on your car.
For now, try shifting to a gear to keep the engine rpms up when your going up hills until you can get it into the shop.
Clutch Problems?
hate to tell you this but it could be the transmission.Check the fuel pump, restricted air filter/flow
i just had a new transmission put in my truck,it sucks!!
YOU NEED A OIL CHANGE.
sounds like it needs wire changing or new spark plugs .
