I added leaded Petrol additive to unleaded fuel with some Winn's petrol cleaner. I'm not much of a mechanic. Took the plugs out they were well wet but otherwise Ok. Cleaned then. Where do I go next?

Fuel is probably gone bad after a year. Change fuel filter and drain fuel tank. Put in new fuel.
setting up is the hardest thing you can do to a vehicle.best thing to do is drive it local until you can can put a tank or two of fresh gas in it.see what leaks and what clears up.get a good manual for the chassie you got and feel free to ask more questions.however if you could add more info, such as year,make,and model,engine size,and tranny type,you could get better answers from me and others.
