Have any driving instructors out there learned to drive with the Learner Driver Training Centre?
Answers:
No, with two others. When I did this.
Why do you ask?
How established are they - myself and others were abandonned after part 1 by a firm after paying a fortune for the whole course. It made me so annoyed I wished I'd only done part 3 with a firm. You can do 1 and 2 yourself, they are not worth paying for in themselves, but some firms like to overlap 2 and 3. I got part 2 by myself, and this might have disadvantaged me I think with part 3.
Best bet is to know an instructor and pay them to help you with part 2, even pay for a pupil's lesson at times (ADI lessons are usually more expensive) while you practice as instructor. A good relationship with the pupil will allow this, and the ADI will still be there, giving feedback which the pupil will benefit from.
yes thanks, what is it you want to know?
