Ford focus tdi breaks failed was told it was pump failure anyone else had such a problem?

Answers:
Firstly, why would you post this in a BMW forum?

Secondly, this can happen, but thankfully it's very rare.
The best thing you can do in this situation is to keep pumping the brake pedal hard until the pressure builds back up and the brakes bite and start to work.
nope i have a focus and it goes fine touch wood
