How do i avoid a speeding fine. flashed by camera?

was flashed by an unmarked camera at the other side of the road, will i get a ticket? and ifso how do i avoid paying it?

Answers:
probably you will get the ticket. If you ignore it, you may be served a notice to appear in court, and ignoring that can get your name on an arrest warrant.

If you get the ticket, pay it, dispute it in court, or go to traffic school if that is an option.
yes you will and no you cant avoid paying it
You sped
No one's dead
You just hafta pay
A fine instead.

Could be worse.
Ask to see the picture first, then tell them it wasn't you, it was your evil twin, Bruno.
pay a friend to say he/she were driving the car at the time ,no points
Spray hairspray over your number plate about 4 times and then let it dry. Also, don't clean your number plates, leave them. Another thing, is to take down any stickers or toys in the windows or stuck to the body that can identify your car from other cars in your area of the same make and model. This will make it harder for police to differentiate. Another way is to strick cd's in the front and back, when you get 'flashed' the light simply bounces back and the pic is blurred! Ya can tell, I am an expert lol*me. Got a clean license though. *proud*
If you get a ticket you can't avoid paying it.
Quit being a baby. If you break the law, accept your consequences. If you don't want to get caught, put down your cell phone and drive safer.
You should get a letter asking you for details of the driver.was it flashing you..or the car travelling in the opposite direction? If it's you driving..then you can't avoid the points or the penalty! If you lie.then you will get done for perverting the course of justice.that will be a crown court job.and a criminal conviction..and maybe a prison sentence!!
Say it with me, say it to the judge:

"Frontal Lobe Disorder"
If you can't do the time don't do the crime.

Tough Maaaaan pay up and shut up.
er...you can't avoid this one. But stop speeding, would be my advice for the future.
Sorry you have to pay it, slow down the next time no ticket no fine.
Hmmm.

Well, if you didn't get the ticket yet, how do you know you picked up by it? Seriously??

But lets see.. the best way to avoid a speeding fine..
hmmm..

let's see..

thinking. thinking..

oh.. i know..

DON'T SPEED!
slow down, speed kills
you have no options-must pay
Sorry you probably will have to pay up.
Hairspray and other stuff on the no plates dosent work, not keeping your plates clean/legiable will get you a £40 fine and points.
Just be happy that you are keeping Mr Prescott`s crisp supply going.
Or you may consider paying somone else to say they were driving to take the points if you already have a lot.
too avoid paying it 1stly don't speed.

if the camera has got the the back of Ur car, ask too see a picture, if they don't have a picture of U, tell them that U weren't driving at the time, then when they ask for the name of who was driving, U say i am using Ur right to remain silent
If there where no lines painted on your side of the road your in the clear because they can be triggered by car going the opposite way.If there was, check to see the speed limit signs are visible,if one was missing you would have a case.
Pay more attention to the road, hopefully you won't hit a child the next time you're out if you're that easliy distracted!!
Avoid paying? Do a runner mate, don't worry, they won't catch you as they are too busy to chase you just now but keep looking over your shoulder.
If you're in the UK, you have to have received the NIP (notice of intended prosecution) within 14 days of the offences. If you don't, it's a no-goer. If it was unmarked, both on the camera, and no road-signs before it, then you could argue in court (if you get the ticket), that you didn't know it was there and it was hidden purposely as they're not supposed to be hidden. If you get the ticket, then you might as well pay it - if you opt to go to court you'll probably end up with a bigger fine and more points, and court / solicitor's fees over and above the fine. Hope and pray you don't get anything in the post in the next 14 days.
by law drivers must be notified if speed cameras are in use
if there was no notification then its possible you may be able to appeal.
if the camera was a hand held device ask to go to court and get your solicitor to ask for the calibration certificate for that device .if this cannot be provided the case will be dropped
appeal against the ticket and say you had diahorrea and u needed to get to the toilet.

I have used a similar excuse before and glad to say it worked, not saying it will again, but you can get extra time before paying the fine
The only way is to not speed in the first place, too late for you so just pay the fine and take the points.
if you avoid paying the £60.00 let me know will you, they've cooked you well and truly, and brother you try proving it was unmarked, 2 miles down the road there was a sign telling you cameras are in use.
Interesting. it has been successfully tried in the European courts that it is a breach of ones human rights to be told one WAS driving the car when only a poor photo is available as evidence.

£60 and three points or Lawyers, flights and several years bogged down by European bureocracy and litigation.

tough one. Unless your already on 12 points that is. If thats the case I could refer an excellent chauffeur!!
