Alloy wheels for a Fiat Punto MK2?

I have been told i need a PCD of 98 , can i fit 100? can i fit any 4 stud alloy if i buy some sort of adaptor?

Answers:
Why not use the simple option of using the Punto Sporting Alloys..designed for the car as a straight fit.look good and you can pick them up on Ebay for a good price or from a salvage yard
The wheels will be worth more than the car
what isn't worth more than a fiat?
Why?!!
In answer to all those criticising the Punto - Check out the facts. The new Punto is the in the top 3 of cars in its class that hold the value.

(I have no idea about the answer to this question though - Sorry!)
