How do i fix my peugeot 206 brakes from squeeking? Front disks GTI?

Answers:
You need to find out first if the pads (and/or rotors) need to be changed. Take it to a shop, or if you want to do it yourself, pull off a wheel and see how much pad is left and if the rotors are scored. If the brakes are good, yoU could try some brake cleaner (use it judiciously, though). DO NOT USE WD-40 ON YOUR BRAKES!!
WD40
get new brake pads.
I don't know whether it is the same for 206, but on my 205, there is an anti-squeel spring that locks over the brake pads and when its loose or is not holding properly, the brakes get quite noisy. Check that. Its a simple job and may require you bending the springs a bit by hand so that they fit well.
