Porsche 911 is a better vehicle in my opinion and they have a much better colour scheme.
I have just got rid of my porsche for a mercedes.best move i have ever made. So much more fun to drive and the power is instant, love it love it love it!

Don't buy either one. You can get there from here, just as well in something less expensive. Invest the difference in real estate.
for the price of a 911, I'd buy a Lotus Elise for fun, and a small engine Merc SLK for daily use.

You should invest that money! Five years from now they will both be ole dogs, gas, insurance and up keep will have set you back another twenty grand and worse, you will be five years older and out of more than $60.000.
If you need the car as extension of your manhood or something like that then definitely go with the Porsche, no contest. But what you should really do is buy a bike and save the air you'd be polluting with your flash car. Not only will you get fit but you'll be helping my planet. There ya go.

I used to have an M3 CSL for about three months. I went through a atage of really liking BMW and had a 645 at the same time.
I have to tell you that it was the worst experience of my life. BMW are rubbish. The new 911 is a great car. I did a track day in my new F430 at brands hatch and met a guy who wanted to try it so we did a swap( I was in the passenger seat mind you). Anyway I was really impressed with it.
BMW M3 you will be wasting your time they are dated interior quality is very poor and the dealers are snobby bunch of twats. I should know I deal with them everyday through my business. Porsche dealers sometimes are a bit snobby, but pick the right salesman and the right car you will have a great experience.
Are there any other cars on your shortlist, because I could make a few suggestions. I replace my cars every 6 to 12 months an I run 3 at a time. I wont sell the Ferrari though because it is irreplacable at the moment, and I can't afford to an Enzo.
