use a blow dryer and a razor blade: heat up a spot where you want removed and then take the razor and work underneath it and it all should come off.
a heat gun, and for any tough spots, you can get a "decal eraser" from an auto body supply store, it's a rubber wheel that fits on a drill..this sill not harm your paint.
I would stay away from the razor idea.chances are you will damage your paint .
