I have always had a bad opinion of renault meganes as it seems to be only prats that drive them, but I am sure you are not and check for parts in a scrapyard, also try advertising in your local paper, notices in shops, make it known you are willing to pay for the part. I am sure this site may come up trumphs. GOOD LUCK I have never succeeded in getting parts for all the wrecks I have driven.
