water heater, does anyone who has a caravan and has one of these heaters know why the red lights comes on approximately 10 seconds after the green light comes on. I have tried everything to rectify this as per instructions in the users guide. I am at a loss as what the problem could be and would be obliged if anyone out could shed a light as to the cause. The Caravan Club has a technical section on its website or there is another website called www.caravanfaultfinder.co.uk which might shed some light on your problem. You havent said as to whether this only occurs when you try to start it on gas or electricity. Have you checked the gas supply?
