It's a Citroen auto trail Cheyenne 614. Problem is there's water in the tank, pump works but we get no water! There's no leak either. Does anyone know if there is a switch/tap to turn water on? I'd really appreciate any help you can give me! We got the camper without a manual and no one seems able to tell us where to get one either! Thank you for your answers

You say that the pump works. Have you tried taking the outlet pipe off at the pump. If you are getting water there, then there must be a blockage in the pipe from the pump to the taps. It might be case of tracing the pipe all along its route to see if anything is blocking it. There might be a kink in it. The system is pretty straight forward so it should not be too hard to sort.
