Are fixed penalty notices with errors legal?
Answers:
as previously stated in other answers it depends on what the error is, if it has been served correctly for a parking offence chances are they will persue it, though if you can PROVE it was issued in error then you may have a chance.
our local vermin carry camera's to take pictures of the offending vehicles to back up their case
fight it in court
It all depends on the errors, whowever if you try fighting it on a technicality it is liable to cost you more money if you lose.
if they have errors
now they are no longer legal
go see your lawyer an get legal advice on it as u mite b abell to get them taken off
This really depends on the terms of the contract, context and your local state law. Without either of these no one can adeqautely answer this question. Most communities offer some free legal advice at there local court house.
I don't think so. I have seen many court documents and cases thrown out of court for "technicalities"
