Assmeblly doing timing chain on E36 1996 saloon manual?

E36 6 cylinder has timing belt but if it is 4 cylinder 318 or 316 has a timing chain and i think it is easier to change it it you know how.

It's a tricky job - best left to an expert unless you kow exactly what you're doing. Get it wrong and it's bye bye engine..
I wouldent do it my self!! or without the bmw timing chain/ vannos adjustment tool! U dident even specify what motor!
Bmw 6cyl are pretty indistructable unless u get the timing wrong that is!
