i got stopped by the mounted police(mmm probably not caught any body for no tax etc that day) FOR A CRACKED HEADLIGHT AND MY INDICATOR AT THE FRONT WASNT WORKING! i gotta produce etc,, and take the car to a MOT ,, testing garage,, to get a ticket stamped to prove i fixed them , i have FIXED THEM how much will this cost?

While there is no actual tariff to set the cost of getting the ticket stamped, expect to pay about £10 for the service but not anymore than this, if the testing station want to charge you more just go to a different testing station.
I'm a tester and charge £10 it might seem expensive but it stays at £10 no matter what i have to check.
By the way the current M.O.T. test price is maximum £50.35.
if you fixed it they will just come out and look at it and sign the form,usually there is no charge for that,where we live you just go to a local police station,but that is here and maybe not were you are
