Are people really starting to make flying cars for 2007?

Flying cars will be created eventually. It's just a matter of time, so I assume that they will begin making flying cars.
I wouldn't be surprised, but I doubt many people would be able to afford them. They'd be just for the makers to show and probably wouldn't get licensed for the road
Flying cars are a fantasy. There are some things that are possible that will exist and then their are some you leave to the sci-fi channel.
I'm led to believe it's not entirely true- although it's possible that in the future (maybe a few decades from now) that flying cars might be produced. However, time will tell if they become a reality or if they remain a fantasy.
Wouldn't it be awesome though. i pray it does happen in my life time cause it would just be like the most amazing thing ever!
Until energy sources become limitless the flying car concept will never really "get off the ground" It takes a lot more energy to lift a car into the air then it does to simply push it down a road. While a flying car may come into production it will not be available as transportation for the common man but more as a plaything or status symbol of the wealthy.
No there not starting to make them,,i own a repair shop and get all the updated magazines on cars all the time,,it is an idea they been working on for years,,but not for a long time will we see them..
