My speaker and interor light dont work on drivers side?

That sounds like what happened to me a few years back. Not knowing much about cars, i grabbed a book and looked it up and realised there was a 2nd set of fuses behind the glove dept. Instead of left side it was my right side including my turn signal. lol
Have you checked the wiring, as it been pinched in the door, breaking the wiring?
Did you check the wires in your door. There might be a short or a bare wire that is not grounded.
who was the person with a wad of cash who bought a crappy french car then? the fault is blindingly obvious.and easy to trace..the fault is ..yours..lol
The plunger-switch that should extend when your door is open is probably stuck in. The speaker could have died, they don't last forever, but they are very cheap these days. Upgrade!
u have got broken wires in the wiring harness that comes out of the door pillar and into the door. u need to unplug the harness from the door and for easier access take the door off, you can then get the rubber gromet out of the door pillar and pull back the sheathing on the harness and you will probably be able to physically see broken wires.when i had the same problem i just bared the wires and soldered them together and bound them with insulating tape as you cant have any bulky connectors. the interior light is probably a problem with the door switch. hope this helps
