Peugeot 206 Handbrake Light Flashing?

Got a 2.0 Turbo Diesel 110 206 in firedance orange, as well as the vast quanties of rust appearing under the rear window making the boot look like pirates chest and the engine coolant light telling me to top up every five miles in case the engine blows up and the gearstick sticking and getting stuck between forth and fifth (usually on the A1 between 69-70mph), -

Now my handbrake light is flashing like blackpool iluminations when i'm driving (its like a rave on me dashboard with the coolant light doing the same!) - admitadly the handbrake is canny 'loose' and i have to pull it a fair way to 'get it on' when im stationery, but flashing away when im going up a hill is slightly dangerous ?

Any help of what i should do ?
(selling the car ain't an option, neither is giving it away).

get it serviced and top up your brake fluid reservoir. if your unsure where it is ask someone. you will end up with no brakes if not. please ime not blagging you. get it checked
sounds like you need a complete engine diagnostic check, take it to someone that has a scanner, before some real damage is done
hey, check the brake oil, it might solve the problem. already passed in a simular situation

You have a micro switch on the hand brake that is faulty.Or your BRAKE FLUID IS LOW this needs immediate attention.Regards Mick.
