How many times has anyone failed their driving test in UK?

my friend failed hers 7 times
Just the once. I opened the wrong door to let the clutch out. Mean examiner.

I passed the second time but they do say you are a better driver if you pass after the first - more experience! mine was nerves, i made the examiner scream on my first (dont sound good does it!)

Passed first time, just about though with 14 minors lol
I have just had to book my 12th attempt..hahaha. Nerves every time. I drive fine on lessons and have done for a loooong time, but on my test I just panic. Trying hypnotherapy and maybe beta blockers for the next one.

i deserve the best answer cuz,,,,,i passed in 2003 then lost my lisence in 2004 then again in 2006 i lost my lisence and passed again all were first time so all together i passed 3 times [uk]

None also, Although i fluffed a question at the end of the test, he said i'd done more than enough to convince him that i was in complete control of my vehicle at all times. And if my mates did the same they would of all passed first time too :-)...
