No, not a good idea - the only thing you should do with Viagra is swallow it yourself, but do it quickly otherwise you'll get a stiff neck.

Mechanics are often looking for a quick fix - I would forget the Viagra and concentrate on a few important steps:
Start up gently, don't over-rev or you will misfire.
Don't whizz through the gears too fast, you'll use too much fuel and some engines just can't take it.
Take your time, if there's a smoking smell, you are going too fast.
Make sure you have sufficient lubricant in the system before you attempt to ease into fourth or fifth.
At the end of a long ride, be very careful not to fall asleep at the wheel, this may jeopardise your chances of ever driving again.
