Can u mix the normal paints for DuPont 1k with the new water base paints?

Im a smart repairest and the law changes in 2007 to change to water base paints! I just wanna know if i replace my low paints now with waterbase ones but still mix until they runout and all are waterbase?
Cheers

Answers:
If you are talking about mixing waterbase tinters with solvent base tinters then the answer is no.The effect would be like attempting to mix oil & water!
You can use water base product over a dry solvent base or vice versa, although obviously any water base product is going to require a solvent clearcoat to stop it washing away!
Hope this helps.
Well if your sooooo smart, why are you asking this question! If its single stage, you can mix it only with single stage, the same with basecoat,, you can mix it with basecoat, dont matter what name brand it it, dupont, ppg, valspar, house of kolors,,, its all the same.
