i mean i was kept on hold for 45 mins, 2 kids in car on a mobile, busy motorway and 45 mins, im gob smacked.ok so car fixed in seconds, wire come off starter motor, but hey i know its sunday, but what do we pay them for, im really annoyed, what if my battery went flat on my mobile? i have 2 young children grrrrrr, just glad i never got put through to asia like british gas xx

you should complain to the appropriate people at the AA because 45 mins holding on the phone seems like a long time to me,especially as you so rightly said,your battery could have gone flat and you had young children in the car..
How would we know why it took so long? Ask them.
