Go to Halfords [uk] and buy one, less than £15, easy to fit, if you go to the main dealer expect to pay a lot more.
Through your vauxhall dealership - probably a minimum of £50 -60.
A better idea (if you have absolutely no inclination to try and dont "know a man who can") is to hang around the back of the dealership at dinner time and approach the apprentice (who probably drives a corsa also) to get one from a scrap yard and fit it for you (he should be more than happy to do it for £15 and the cost of one from a scrapyard)
About a fiver if you buy one from your local scrapyard and fit it yourself which is dead easy. Did the same thing for my Renault Clio.
About £40-50 to get a new unit from your dealer and nothing to fit if you do it your self.
