My previa is dead!?
Answers:
I'd get an independant organisation, such as the AA or RAC to evaluate and determine why the engine packed in, if it's due to having the radiator fitted and the garage who fitted it haven't done the job properly (which is what this sounds like) then the garage should pay for all the repairs required, and give a warranty.
If it is totally unrelated to the previous work, then I'd say you'd be better cutting your losses and buying a new car.
bless your previa

No it's not worth 1200 to rebuild it let it rest in peace or see if you can pick up a decent engine from a scrap yard. Phone around or do a web search.
Scrap it!
doesnt look like a good deal to rebuild. can get a far better car with that same amt.
scrap it and sell for parts, you'll make some money off that to add to your 1200
get it repaired £1200 will not even buy you a tatty one.
