Where can I buy a 2nd hand 125cc moped in LEEDS?

Between £250 to £400 I can buy this weekend and will travel upto 20 miles.

A moped is 50cc any higher and it becomes a motorcycle.

WRONG you can have mopeds above 50cc..they make 800cc and above. a moped has a different driving mechanism

However you must mean a 125cc scooter, try Startright motorcycles down by Tetleys brewery, they often have cheap and cheerful secondhand machines, but for £400 don't expect too much.
A moped is any 2-wheeled vehicle with an engine capacity of less than 50cc.
