How to clean tuff marks off ma car??

There are black marks (not scratches chips nor dents) on the front of my car, iv tried evreything and the paint round the marks is starting to faid i tried T-cutn over the marks but i didnt work wot shld i do?

You can buy tar and bug stain remover from halfords.
w-d 40, or a mild rubbing compound, rub lightly with a rag
use a sander
i know that i should answer this, but i wanna say thank you as i have the same black marks on my car and was wondering how to get them off. i know ,mine are tar marks from when i had the MOT.
u can try white spirit. dont splash it on just damp a bit on a cloth and GENTLY rub the mark. if that doesn't wrk then try ronson lighter fluid, again same method.

make sure you wash the car after!!
full fat Coca Cola always used to be good for shifting tar, not used it in a while though.

Sounds like road tar.

You need "Tar+Glue Remover".
This will do the job easy and wont harm your paintwork.
Should be available from your local car accesory shop.
