Auto Electrics, Ford Mondeo Ghia 1997. Electric Seat adjustment wiring details please.?

My seat was adjusted to recline and would can not be raised back up. I have checked the fuses under the hood, these seem OK. I have not removed them or checked the relays.
The seat heating works OK so I assume this is a different circuit.
I had a similar incident sometime ago that dissappeared on removal of cover and and switches, this did not cure it this time.
