They'll probably ask for id and docs to prove it's yours and then register it on there database..
SEcurity's really tight nowadays even trying to get replacement number plates you need to provide log books etc..
It needs to be done by a Citroen Dealership, any one will do, not just Grimsteads. It can be expensive. Look for a grey credit card marked 'Citroen' and 'Code' amongst the documents that came with the car. That has a code written on it that makes things quicker, though I don't believe it's any cheaper.
