try ebay.
You'l find one on a knackered A-Romeo - try the breakers yard, thats where most end up.
They point the wrong way for these cars -- Alfas used either Dellorto or Weber side-drafts, specifically 40DCOEs or their Dell equivalents.

However, if you're in the U.S. you can order Weber downdrafts and parts for them from International Auto Parts, at the URL in the Sources list, because Fiats used downdraft Webers and IAP sells parts for Fiats as well as Alfas. (No connection with them, except as a longtime customer.)

In Europe, try Rainer Hurtienne in Germany; I've put their English-language starting page in the Sources field, too.
