The answer to this question is very simple. A Rav4 retains 53% of it's value after 3 years. The Hyundai Santa Fe only retains about 35%. Enough Said.
Toyota all the way. The Rav-4 is still made in Japan. Good truck. Get the V6, it's fast.
The Santa Fe is a fine car and would probably be a best seller if it had a V W or Audi badge.
