What are the best/cheapest insurance companies in the uk for motorbikes?
Answers:
My other half has had motorbikes for 20+ years and he always uses Devitt.

Please take care on the roads - the motorcyclists that have passed their tests are all very good and competent, its everyone else on the roads that you have got to worry about.
Also, ALWAYS drive with your head-light on, whatever the light/conditions.
And please be considerate of your loved ones - if you are going to be late, always ring and tell them. It is a real worry having a partner/husband/boyfriend/dad who rides a motorbike!
Good luck with your test.
i don't know about the uk but i only pay 79$ a year for full coverage from progressive ins.

mines with www.performancedirect.co.uk cost me £102 but thats on a 125cc
hubbys with AA cost £230. on an R6
Cars with RAC cost half of what CIS wanted to charge
Go to your nearest broker, they can often hook you up with rates that are not generally available by direct sellers. Bennetts might also be worth a try. Please dont go to any of the insurers that have foriegn call-centres, you will regret it when you have to put in a claim!
Also dont bother with the additional expense of paying for 'legal expenses' or 'ulr cover' if your involved in a non-fault accident a company called Bikers Legal Defence are a great company for dealing with incidents with the other party paying costs.
Good luck!
I agree with bobcat. ebike do a pay as you go monthly that gives you 1yrs no claims for every 8 months you have the policy.

You need to speak to a bike specialist UK Insurance Broker.
I would recommend the Broker Portal's quote request facility. They will do all the work for you and find the best insurer, cover at the cheapest price.
