Is there any way to get out of paying a speeding ticket?
Answers:
go to your court date. If the police officer does not show up, you may be let off. Or you can pay an attorney to fight the ticket in court. Lastly, check the ticket carefully. If the officer wrote down your license number or other info incorrectly, you might be able to get off. Other than that, good luck..if they had radar on you, it is tough to dispute the evidence
You get an expensive lawyer that golfs with the judge.
yeah dont speed, how would you like it if some fool like you was speeding and killed someone you loved and tried to say how do ii get out of paying a speeding ticket.
you should be locked up
No, the b a s t a r d s have you by the short and curlies so just pay up and don't speed in the future
Yes, if you can show that there is a problem with the machine or something like that. Do you not recall that some guy got off recently because he was able to show that the camera had not been calibrated for motor cycles.
I know of someone who got off recently because he was able to show that the markings on the road were not accurate.
Not unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt it was someone else driving, or that the speed limit was above that of which you have been recorded at, but then you wouldn't have gotten a ticket, real answer is not really! Pay up and stick within the speed limit, its there for a reason not as a challenge!
move house, change name, sell car!!!!
yea jus dont pay it and flee the country.but normal ppl wud jus pay it.get money from ur parents and make them pay
Go to court and ask to see the picture of your car and the speed meter and at the same time . They might not have a picture of it with you , so how can they prove you were speeding . Odd are they can not prove it was you .
it depends how you were caught if it was a speed camera then there is a very good way of getting ot of paying but takes quite a bit of balls to pull off. if it was a traffic cop then no chance.
Probably not, but there are ways to lessen the impact.
Take it to court. If you have reason to state that you are being unfairly ticketed (an overly high rate of speed on the ticket, perhaps), you may get lucky. The judge may offer a reduced penalty--you pay the fine, but the points are reduced. You may also serve time in traffic school in exchange for the points (I did once on a speeding ticket), it's a waste of time, but it saves money on the insurance.
Good luck.
Plead not guilty. Change the court date as many times as you can. That will up the chances that the officer will not show up. No officer = you win. But really, that would just be a hassle. Just pay it and slow down.
Seduce the judge.
Don't drive over the speed limit.
You can contest a speeding ticket in court.
You could try talking a simpathetic person, like your mom, into paying the ticket.
Pay Up
Don't speed in future!
prison
Yeah just claim to be a member of the royal family or tell them you're a police superintendent or belong to the Freemasons. Better still claim you were at the pictures at the time and someone else was driving.
only if you know a very nice but corrupt policeman
tell them you had the shits and was rushing to the toilet, it worked for Alex Ferguson
I think you could probably get out of it by asking to contest the charge in court, and then dying before the trial, buts that's a bit drastic.
