I live in Germany. I have been waiting for a delivery for five days now and it is driving me nuts! Can anyone tell me what time UPS stop their delivery service so that I can get on with my life instead of waiting around for a delivery van that is not going to turn up?

Usless Parcel Services can take not just days but weeks. Try the local depot and COMPLAIN .
It's usually around 7pm, even here in the States. If you have a tracking number, you can log onto www.ups.com & track your package. In the source below, I've included the link to the Germany English page. UPS also offers Germany German page if you prefer.
