New u.k. tachograph legislation question?

if i change employers will i have to keep my previous three weeks cards from my previous employer when starting with a new employer?

Answers:
As the charts are a record of your own work for that period, then I would say so.
The law says "All drivers, irrespective of the type of recording equipment they are using, must be able to produce, whenever an inspecting officer so requests: the records sheets / printouts / manual records / driver card (if held) for the current week and those used by the driver in the previous 15 days."
I have given advice as I see it, this may change in due course. If you have any doubt, ask the transport manager of the new firm you are working for.
no, you leave them with your old employer.
