Is it really possible to get 499bhp out of a 1300cc Hayabusa engine??
Answers:
Oh yea, 499bhp from a 1300cc Hayabusa engine is not uncommon with a turbo kit installed.
Yes just stap a jet engine to vehicle. Only problem can only travel straight.
yes it;s possible.i dont really know how but i have friends who are underground bike racers. i heard them say something about using a suzuki hayabusa 1300 and something about 550bhp.dont ask me how though coz i really suck at bikes.they say that when a bike is "hit", they can go faster than valentino rossi.
for a short time with lots of money
Yes mate check out on youtube. type in 300 and somewhere in there is a busa 2 with this 499 hp done by ghostriders! Its mental. The thing is on its back wheel most of the time!
Very simple.. Turbo
Same way they bump Dodge Viper output from 500 HP to over 1000 HP.
Same with Vettes and Supras as well. You can make massive amounts of HP with turbos
YES it is possible, with full race spec adaptions to the bikes engine , superstrong light weight alloys available for engine and bike components as well as different fuels and additives, not forgetting Nitrous kits and other power boosters.
The Ghostriders machine has been custom built for purpose - to make it really really fast. It isnt an ordinary hayabusa engine , its been super tricked with specially made strong internals so it can take the strains , wouldnt like the bill for all the work , mega expensive.
Definitely.

yes its tptally possible, turbo charging an engine like suzukis hayabusa brings awesome results, stretching the swing arm and making other frame mods makes the whole package usable
One of the best things about the Hayabusa engine is its ability to handle rather extreme modification. Formula 1 cars get over 800 HP out of a 2.0 liter engine without super- or turbocharging, so I'd say it was POSSIBLE.
However, the amount of work that would have to be done would be outrageous and would most likely make the bike very impractical to ride, and you need to know if that horsepower number is strictly engine power or power at the wheel.
suzuki has yet to ever have an inovation of there own. They make JUNK. My guess is if you thow enough money and non suzuki parts at it maybe but if you start with junk you will end up with expensive junk..its still junk
Depends on how much money you want to pour into it!
I think that with the right additional parts, it could have up to 500 HP. Additionally, his is probably turbo charged, probably has nitro, etc.
We build these race bikes at Cycle Werkz West in Fort Worth. (Plug) 817-244-9900
Yes you can make a bike with 500+ hp but you better have some real money. This is NOT simple, and to say it is, means you don’t really know.
It is simple to do it wrong but to do it right takes talent and experience.
The trick is to build a bike that can make pass after pass at the track. The Suzuki’s are the best bikes for this because they are the toughest. The kawis are a not as tough and will grande on ya. Even with a premo build and a Busa you will blow an engine over time, that is just part of drag racing and that why you need BIG $$ to win.
absolutely, start out with bigger engine, ie more cubes, stroker. add turbo, nitrous
Right now there is a shop that made a 640hp Zx-14. The only probably with that high horsepower is that the bike is pretty much a dyno queen. The tire would just spin in the 1/4, and it is almost too much power for the street(overheating)
it is possible the film shows this read performance bikes for more info as this has been investigated when they built one with hole shot racing
