No such thing as a Paggio.Do you mean a Piaggio?If you do they never made an X8.Perhaps you mean a Honda X8R or perhaps you mean a Piaggio X9.If you don't know what you've got(I'm damn sure I don't)I don't rate your chances of derestricting it.

It's the same mechanism as un locking phones. Go to a few places and ask around for anyone who has got the particular program to unlock it. Remember this is electrical not mechanical - don't allow mechanics to rip you off.
