I have flown into Manchester for years from Gatwick and other places - of late it is bumpier - why?

Answers:
Of late "it" is bumpier?
Did you ever think "it" might be you?
Perhaps you're more attuned to the dangers of terrorism, and every "incident" is a big deal.
l think the planes are getting older.
Could be change of weather, could be flying at a different altitude, jetstream turbulence. Many things can factor in on the performance of the aircract.
its turbulence, theres a lot of wind in manc !
perhaps the runway needs to be tarmaced again
Global warming. Why not everything else is caused by it.
Could be a change in the weather pattern, or a storm system. You could of adjusted to the flight and now you recognize the bumps more often. The planes could of aged and become loose in the wings, nothing dangerous but it does happen. The plane model can be a little less aerodynamic. There are a lot of reasons but really you can't really tell why without an in depth research deal.
the wheels fell off your plane.
mancs stole the tarmac
