Difficult to say exactly, as payload will depend on nett weight of vehicle. I think that eflatsharp (3rd party)answer of 8 & 10tons respectively is at the least optomistic, this would mean that the nett weight of the vehicle is only 2tons.
From the info you have give, the tare weight of the load would be approx 3tons, in which case, could you consider looking at a 7.5t vehicle, although this may not have enough capacity to spare.
Would suggest that you talk to a vehicle dealer, let them know what your looking for and they will advise the most suitable type of vehicle for your application. they will have the nett weights of each chassis/cab together with the weight of the vehicle body that you need.
Approx is as near as you're likely to get, and depends on 'liquids' or 'solids' or 'nothing' in the cages, but work on 8 and 10 tons respectively.
