I have a brought a powder blue alfa 156 does anyone know if this a standard colour?

No its not the standard colour the metallic silver is the standard

no but you could check with their website, they should provide details of touch up paints, sprays etc.
I've just checked on Autotrader.co.uk and there are some on there. Have a look and see how common they are.
